About

Wedding planning that works for the couple.

PlanHitch is wedding planning software for the UK, made by PlanHitch Ltd, a company registered in Scotland. It’s paid for by the couples and planners who use it, not by the suppliers in it.

Who’s behind it

I’m Kyle, and I’m building PlanHitch from Scotland. The planning apps couples get for free are paid for by the venues listed in them, and it shows: nothing reads the contract you’re about to sign, and your guest list ends up as somebody’s lead list. I’d rather charge a fair price and work for you. There are no reviews on our pages because there are no customers yet, and I’d rather tell you that than invent them.

Who it’s for

Couples
Plan the whole wedding in one place: the guest list and RSVPs, the seating plan, the budget, suppliers and venues, invitations and a wedding website. Have a venue or supplier contract read before you pay the deposit; the first review is free on every plan. The free plan has no time limit and holds up to 50 guests.
Wedding planners
Run several weddings from one account: up to 2 weddings on the free Starter plan, up to 10 weddings on Professional and unlimited weddings on Business. The paid plans add client intake forms, reusable templates and analytics across your weddings.
Suppliers
List your business in the public directory and take enquiries from couples. A supplier account is free, and no supplier pays to be listed, placed or put in front of couples.

How PlanHitch makes money

Couples and wedding planners pay for the paid plans. No supplier pays to be listed, placed or put in front of you, and a supplier account is free.

Where your data is kept

PlanHitch and its database run on servers in the European Union, and the files you upload are stored in EU datacentres. The AI features send text to Anthropic, a US company, to be read; the privacy policy sets out exactly what is sent and how each transfer is covered.
